Can I see which messages have been delivered?

A.

All messages will show a status report whether successfully delivered or not. Go to "SMS Sending Report" in the administration area to view the reports.

How long does it take for SMS messages to be delivered?

A.

Messages are delivered within approximately 15 seconds. You will be able to send out 100 000 SMS's per hour through the OGBULKSMS gateway.

Are there any extra or hidden costs?

A.

We operate on a prepaid basis. There are no setup fees, monthly fees or any other additional fees. The credits that you buy will only expire in 12 months from the purchase date. Users do not pay for replies.
Our company is based in South Africa and therefore only South Africans will be charged VAT (Value Added Tax).

How much does each SMS cost me?

Pricing starts from 20c per SMS. Please view our pricing page for exact costs. Remember, the more you buy the cheaper the rate per SMS.

How do I buy credits?

We work on a prepaid basis. You can purchase credits online via credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or direct bank deposit.

How do I claim my free SMS’s?

Once you have completed the registration process, visit www.ogbulksms.co.za and log in using your Username and Password. We will have uploaded your 10 free SMS credits and you will be able to test our services and send single and bulk SMS's

How do I log in?

Simply enter your 'Username' and 'Password'. (These are both case sensitive). Now click "Login" to gain access to your home page and test our products and services.

How do I get started?

The first thing you need to do is register with OGBULKSMS. Registering your new account is quick and easy and there is no charge. You must complete all fields in order to complete the registration process.
Please note that the Username and Password fields are case sensitive.
Once you have entered the information correctly, click "Create Account" and you will be able to log on to OGBULKSMS and test our products and services.

Can recipients reply to these bulk SMS’s?

A.

Anyone who receives a message from you via our system can reply to your message. The reply messages will be delivered to your Replies inbox in your account. You can also forward replies to an email address at no cost, or to a cell number, although this will cost 1 Credit.
